ABOUT US
Water and Environment Development Organisation (WEDO) is an NGO based at Kozhikode District in Kerala State of India, having expertise and experience in various disciplines of water resources / environment in terms of research, consultancy and extension programs. The main focus of WEDO is on sustainable development of water resources and environment for the wellbeing of society.

Established in the year 2015, WEDO is registered as a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) under the Societies Registration Act of 1860 (Act of XX1. of 1860) with Registration No: KKD/CA/1074/2015 dated 15th December 2015 and renewed from 2016 onwards.
Our Members
Members of WEDO are retired Scientists / Heads of Divisions / Technical Officers of Centre for Water Resources Development and Management (CWRDM), Kozhikode, Kerala (a water resources research, consultancy and training institution of the Kerala State Council for Science, Technology & Environment, Govt. of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram) as well as retired officials from various other institutions, having expertise in different fields.
